How long have you been in business?

Do you provide 24x7 Support?

Yes we do provide 24x7 Technical Support through our Support Department. Sales and Billing department are not 24x7.

Are your servers Whitelabel?

Top

Our servers are fully whitelabel. We do not use our brand name for the server hostname as well as the RDNS for the IP address to maintain anonymity.

Do you provide Private Nameservers??

Yes we do provide you with up to four (4) Private Nameservers that are part of our DNS Clusters.

Is Overselling enabled for your reseller hosting plans?

We do not oversell our servers but Overselling is enabled for our resellers to fully maximize their disk space and bandwidth allocations.

Are there any limits to the hosting features?

We do not place any limits on the hosting features that you can create, eg. Email Accounts, Subdomains, Addon Domains, Parked Domains, FTP Accounts, MySQL Databases, etc.

Do you perform any backups?

We perform both daily and weekly backups. Daily backups are conducted using the R1Soft CDP technology while weekly backups are conducted using the Duplicity technology.

What hosting control panel do you use?

We use the industry standard cPanel / WHM hosting control panel for our servers to ensure usability and familiarity for you and your reselling clients.

Do you provide any auto installers?

All of our servers include with the popular Softaculous Application Installer, which allows you and your reselling clients to install 190+ scripts and applications with a few clicks only.

Do you provide any website builder?

All of our servers include with the popular RVSiteBuilder Pro, which is a simple and powerful WYSIWYG website builder with 800+ free website templates and 3000+ free images for you to build your website easily.

What are your PHP and MySQL versions?

We use the latest stable versions of PHP 5.2.x and MySQL 5.0.x for all of our servers.

Can you provide Dedicated IPs?

A Dedicated IP can only be provided if you need to install a SSL certificate. Each cPanel hosting account can only have one dedicated IP. You can purchase a Dedicated IP @ $2.99/mo as an Optional Addon.

Can you provide SSH Access?

SSH Access is not enabled by default and can only be requested on a per-account basis. You can purchase SSH Access @ $4.99/mo for each cPanel hosting account as an Optional Addon.

Can I purchase the ClientExec Billing System from you?
